Rajasthan State Bharat Scouts and Guides

We believe in the holistic development of students—going beyond academics to foster social responsibility and community engagement. One such initiative is the Rover Crew under the Rajasthan State Bharat Scouts and Guides. The Bharat Scouts and Guides is a voluntary, non-profit, and educational movement founded by Lord Baden Powell in 1907. It is open to all, regardless of origin, race, or creed. The movement aims to develop young people into responsible citizens by nurturing their physical, intellectual, social, and spiritual potential.

The college is proudly affiliated with the Rajasthan State Bharat Scouts and Guides, and currently operates with a Rover Crew of 58 students from various departments. The program instills:

Participation & Achievements

Through diverse and interactive camp activities such as knotting, first aid, trekking, rule-based training, and tent-making, students are encouraged to combat social evils and embrace discipline and service.

  • Served in CM/SM Basic Course, Chopasni (1–7 August 2019)
  • Served in 2nd Division Level Scout-Guide Sports Competition (8–9 August 2019)
  • Participated in Nipun Prashikshan Shivir (24–28 August 2019)
  • Contributed 40 hours of service at Baba Ramdev Masuriya Festival (2–8 September 2019)
  • Participated in Har Ki Doon Trek (8–18 October 2019), trekking 70 km up to 12,000 ft
  • Served in Jodhpur Division Scout-Guide Rally (7–11 November 2019)
  • Participated in and served at Multimedia Exhibition, Jodhpur (1–12 December 2019)
  • Participated in Jamboree on the Air - Jamboree on the Internet (JOTA-JOTI) 2019
